Ctrl.Alt.Shift and Platform2 are hosting football tournaments around the UK to coincide with the World Cup being held in Africa for the first time.


STRIKE Plymouth will give teams a chance to compete for the Ctrl.Alt.STRIKE trophy and bring the World Cup a bit closer to home.
 
The event will take place from 10am to 7pm on June 26, 2010 at Goals Soccer Centre (close to Home Park Stadium), Outland Road, Plymouth, PL2 3DE.
 
We're looking for 32 five-a-side teams. Entry is free, lunch included and is open to 18+.
 
If you'd like to register a team and you're a member of Goals, you can register by contacting the centre directly. If not, please send an e-mail to strikeplymouth@ctrlaltshift.co.uk with your team name, list of players and captain's contact phone number and email address.
 
There will be food, a bar and an area for spectators to watch the matches so bring all your mates down to see you claim your tournament glory.
 
All of the World Cup matches will be shown on the day:
Winner Group A v Runner-Up Group B
Winner Group C v Runner-Up Group D (after tournament)     - this will be England's game if (!) we win the group
